MOET & CHANDON BRUT
This Yalumba Shiraz shows all the hallmarks of a traditional Barossa red. It is deep in colour with crimson hues. There are aromas of dark fruits - mulberries and spiced cherries. The palate is generous with the spice and dark fruits carrying on from the aromas and licorice. The finish shows a hint of violets from the Petit Verdot and long, grainy, linear tannins.
